Chào mừng bạn đến với ứng dụng Thế Giới Tiếng Anh (tên tiếng Anh: English Explore World), được phát triển và phát hành bởi DAKTECH (DakTech). Chúng tôi cam kết bảo vệ tối đa quyền riêng tư của người dùng, đặc biệt là các em học sinh nhỏ tuổi và quý phụ huynh trên cả hai nền tảng Apple iOS / iPadOS (App Store) và Android (Google Play Store).

Chính sách Quyền riêng tư này giải thích rõ ràng và minh bạch về cách thức ứng dụng Thế Giới Tiếng Anh (English Explore World) xử lý dữ liệu, tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các quy định của Apple App Store Review Guidelines (Điều khoản 5.1.1 & 5.1.2), Chính sách Dữ liệu Người dùng & Chính sách Gia đình của Google Play (Google Play User Data & Families Policies) cũng như Đạo luật Bảo vệ Quyền riêng tư của Trẻ em trên Mạng (COPPA).

1. Dữ Liệu Chúng Tôi Truy Cập và Mục Đích Sử Dụng

a. Quyền Micro và Nhận Dạng Giọng Nói (Microphone & Speech Recognition)

Ứng dụng Thế Giới Tiếng Anh (English Explore World) yêu cầu quyền truy cập Microphone (Micro - android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO trên Android / Microphone trên iOS) và Speech Recognition (Nhận diện giọng nói) nhằm mục đích duy nhất: ghi nhận phát âm của học sinh trong các bài học tương tác và phản hồi điểm số phát âm chuẩn xác.

• Trên iOS / iPadOS: Dữ liệu âm thanh được xử lý trực tiếp trên thiết bị thông qua khung API nhận diện giọng nói chính thức của Apple (Apple Speech Framework).
• Trên Android: Dữ liệu âm thanh được xử lý bằng bộ nhận dạng giọng nói ngoại tuyến tích hợp trên thiết bị hoặc dịch vụ nhận dạng giọng nói mặc định của hệ điều hành Android (Android SpeechRecognizer).
• Không lưu trữ / Không thương mại hóa: Dữ liệu âm thanh không được DAKTECH lưu trữ vĩnh viễn trên máy chủ bên ngoài, không được dùng để nhận dạng danh tính sinh trắc học và không bao giờ được chia sẻ hay bán cho bên thứ ba.

b. Dữ Liệu Tiến Trình Học Tập & Bộ Nhớ Cục Bộ (Local Storage)

Ứng dụng không yêu cầu đăng ký tài khoản hay đăng nhập bằng mạng xã hội. Toàn bộ thông tin trò chơi (cấp độ thế giới, tiến trình bài học, điểm UserBrain, từ vựng đã học, số sao, vật phẩm nông trại) được lưu trữ an toàn trong bộ nhớ cục bộ của ứng dụng (SQLite / UserDefaults trên iOS và SQLite / SharedPreferences trên Android). Các tệp sao lưu dữ liệu người dùng được mã hóa bằng chuẩn AES-GCM 256-bit.

c. Dung Lượng Bộ Nhớ Thiết Bị & Kết Nối Mạng (Disk Space & Network)

Ứng dụng truy vấn dung lượng đĩa trống còn lại trên thiết bị trước khi tải các gói hình ảnh và âm thanh học tập chuẩn SGK từ máy chủ nội dung của DAKTECH (english-data.daktech.vn), nhằm đảm bảo thiết bị có đủ dung lượng và tránh sự cố tràn bộ nhớ của người dùng (Tuân thủ lý do hợp lệ E174.1 của Apple trên iOS và API quản lý bộ nhớ tiêu chuẩn trên Android).

2. Cam Kết Không Theo Dõi & Không Quảng Cáo (Zero Tracking & No Ads)

Ứng dụng Thế Giới Tiếng Anh (English Explore World) của DAKTECH cam kết:

• Không tích hợp bất kỳ SDK quảng cáo theo dõi hành vi nào trên cả iOS và Android.
• Không truy cập mã định danh quảng cáo của thiết bị Apple (IDFA - Identifier for Advertisers) cũng như Mã quảng cáo Google trên Android (AAID / GAID - Google Advertising ID).
• Không liên kết dữ liệu của người dùng với bất kỳ dịch vụ quảng cáo hoặc nhà môi giới dữ liệu bên thứ ba nào.

3. Bảo Vệ Quyền Riêng Tư Của Trẻ Em (COPPA & Google Play Families Compliance)

Chúng tôi đặc biệt quan tâm đến việc bảo vệ sự an toàn của trẻ em trên không gian số theo tiêu chuẩn COPPA, GDPR-K và Chính sách Gia đình của Google Play (Google Play Families Policy):

• Ứng dụng hoàn toàn phù hợp và an toàn cho trẻ em ở mọi lứa tuổi (bao gồm trẻ dưới 13 tuổi).
• Chúng tôi không chủ ý thu thập bất kỳ thông tin nhận dạng cá nhân nào (như họ tên thật, địa chỉ nhà, số điện thoại, email cá nhân hay vị trí địa lý GPS) từ trẻ em.
• Mọi tính năng mua hàng trong ứng dụng (In-App Purchases) và liên kết bên ngoài đều có bước xác nhận dành cho phụ huynh (Parental Gate) và được bảo vệ bởi cơ chế xác thực bảo mật của Apple App Store (Face ID / Touch ID / Ask to Buy) hoặc Google Play Store (xác thực sinh trắc học / mật khẩu tài khoản Google và kiểm soát của phụ huynh trên Google Play).

4. Giao Dịch Gói Thuê Bao (In-App Purchases & Subscriptions)

Mọi giao dịch mua gói hội viên VIP (theo tuần hoặc theo tháng) được xử lý trực tiếp và độc quyền thông qua hệ thống thanh toán bảo mật StoreKit của Apple App Store (trên thiết bị iOS/iPadOS) hoặc Google Play Billing của Cửa hàng Google Play (trên thiết bị Android). DAKTECH không bao giờ thu thập, xử lý hay lưu trữ số thẻ tín dụng hoặc thông tin tài khoản ngân hàng của bạn.

5. Quyền Quản Lý & Xóa Dữ Liệu Của Người Dùng

Vì dữ liệu học tập được lưu trữ cục bộ trên thiết bị của bạn và ứng dụng không tạo tài khoản người dùng trên máy chủ, bạn có toàn quyền kiểm soát và xóa dữ liệu bất cứ lúc nào:

• Đặt lại tiến độ học tập, xóa từ vựng tùy chỉnh hoặc khôi phục dữ liệu sao lưu ngay trong mục Cài đặt (Settings) của ứng dụng.
• Xóa hoàn toàn và vĩnh viễn mọi dữ liệu trò chơi bằng cách xóa dữ liệu ứng dụng (Clear Data) hoặc gỡ cài đặt ứng dụng khỏi thiết bị iOS hoặc Android của bạn.

6. Thay Đổi Chính Sách

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật Chính sách Quyền riêng tư này theo thời gian để phù hợp với các bản cập nhật tính năng mới hoặc yêu cầu pháp lý của Apple App Store và Google Play Store. Mọi cập nhật sẽ được thông báo rõ ràng trên trang này cùng ngày cập nhật mới nhất.

We are deeply committed to protecting the privacy of our users, particularly young learners, parents, and educators across both Apple iOS / iPadOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play Store) platforms.

This Privacy Policy clearly outlines how the Thế Giới Tiếng Anh (English Explore World) mobile application handles user data in strict compliance with Apple App Store Review Guidelines (Sections 5.1.1 & 5.1.2), Google Play User Data Policy & Google Play Families Policies, and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

1. Information We Access and How It Is Used

a. Microphone & Speech Recognition Permissions

The Thế Giới Tiếng Anh (English Explore World) app requests access to your device's Microphone (android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO on Android / Microphone permission on iOS) and Speech Recognition capabilities for one exclusive purpose: to analyze spoken English during interactive learning games and provide pronunciation accuracy feedback.

• On Apple iOS / iPadOS: Speech audio is processed directly on the user's device utilizing Apple's official Apple Speech Framework.
• On Android: Speech audio is processed via the built-in offline speech recognition engine on the device or the system speech recognition service configured on Android (Android SpeechRecognizer).
• No Permanent Storage / No Biometric Profiling: Audio recordings are never permanently saved to DAKTECH or external servers, never analyzed for biometric identification, and never sold or transferred to third parties.

b. Local Game Progress & Data Storage

We do not require users to create an external account or log in via social networks. All game progress (such as island progression, UserBrain mastery scores, learned vocabulary, stars, daily streak, and inventory items) is securely stored locally on your device in an isolated application database (SQLite / UserDefaults on iOS and SQLite / SharedPreferences on Android). User-exported backup files are protected with AES-GCM 256-bit encryption.

c. Disk Space Verification & Curriculum Resource Downloads

The app checks available disk space prior to downloading curriculum-aligned image and audio packs from our content delivery server (english-data.daktech.vn) to ensure adequate storage and prevent unexpected storage exhaustion (Declared under Apple's required reason code E174.1 on iOS and standard storage APIs on Android).

2. No Tracking and No Third-Party Advertising

Thế Giới Tiếng Anh (English Explore World) by DAKTECH does not engage in behavioral tracking:

• We do not integrate any third-party advertising SDKs on iOS or Android.
• We do not access or collect Apple Advertising Identifiers (IDFA) or Google Advertising IDs (AAID / GAID).
• We never link device or application information with third-party datasets for advertising or targeting purposes.

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Google Play Families Compliance)

Protecting children's safety and digital privacy in accordance with COPPA, GDPR-K, and the Google Play Families Policy is our foremost priority:

• Our app is family-friendly and designed for students and young learners, including children under 13.
• We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information (such as real names, home addresses, phone numbers, personal emails, or GPS location) from children.
• All in-app purchases and external links are protected by an in-app Parental Gate as well as platform-level parental authorization controls on Apple App Store (Face ID, Touch ID, or Family Sharing Ask to Buy) and Google Play Store (Google Play parental controls, password, or biometric purchase verification).

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

All purchases for VIP Memberships (Weekly and Monthly) are processed exclusively through Apple's secure StoreKit in-app purchase system (on iOS / iPadOS) or Google Play Billing (on Android / Google Play Store). DAKTECH never receives, processes, or stores your credit card, payment method, or financial details.

5. User Data Control & Deletion Rights

Because your learning data is stored locally on your device and no personal account is created on our servers, you remain in complete control of your data at all times:

• You can restore backups, delete custom vocabulary entries, or reset learning progress directly within the in-game Settings screen.
• You can permanently erase all local game data at any time by clearing the application's storage or uninstalling the application from your iOS or Android device.

6. Policy Updates

We may periodically revise this Privacy Policy to reflect feature enhancements or regulatory requirements from Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Any modifications will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
